Recently I had to assist my elderly mother (93) with some issues related to her State Farm property insurance policy -- honestly, I was not at all optimistic given some past experiences with insurance companies.

Well, thankfully Liz was able to get the issue dealt with much to my mother's satisfaction. Liz was not only helpful, but she listened carefully in order to fully understand our concerns, provided great counsel and ultimately was able to resolve the issue and achieve a great result in a very timely manner.

This is probably the greatest benefit of working with a local agency that is part of the community -- the local representatives are able to work on behalf of local residents and serve as their advocate when having to deal with some far off corporate office.
